Christopher Landry, LMHC, CCTS-I, holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology and brings over a decade of experience in clinical evaluations and therapeutic counseling. He has worked extensively with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, and individuals with memory concerns, neurological conditions, developmental disorders, and forensic backgrounds.

As a proud veteran of the United States Military, Chris offers a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by service members transitioning back into civilian life. He is especially attuned to issues such as PTSD, anxiety, and other service-related complications. His therapeutic approach for veterans is personalized and compassionate, ensuring each individual receives care that reflects their unique journey.

Chris integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused interventions. These methods help clients recognize and reshape unhelpful thoughts and behaviors that hinder emotional well-being and fulfillment. He also incorporates holistic, spiritually influenced techniques—such as mindfulness and meditation—that support emotional regulation and reduce stress in the moment.

At the heart of Chris’s work is a genuine passion for creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore their inner world. His approach is grounded in insight, mindfulness, and empathy, helping clients begin their path toward healing and a more meaningful life.
