Life is challenging for everyone at times, for some more often than others. I am able to assist with the development of coping skills for a variety of concerns associated with internal and external negativity that is associated with a variety of concerns. My base approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) but I do draw from other strategies. I offer in person/ face to face therapy and teach strategies that patients can implement when not present in session to assist with rapid coping skills development.

Anxiety Disorders, Depressive Disorders, Bipolar Disorders, Anger Management, Behavior Modification, Substance Use, Grief, Improving Communication Skills, Sleep Disturbance, and Life Transitions.

Accepting Patients age 10 through adulthood.
