I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern and Registered Marriage Family Therapist Intern. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from Rollins College.
I work with adults, couples, teens, children, and families navigating concerns such as trauma, ADHD, autism, anxiety and mood disorders, addiction, disordered eating, co-occurring disorders, relationship and family dynamics, co-parenting, identity exploration, and major life transitions. I have experience in both private practice and residential treatment settings, including supporting clients during high-stress or crisis periods.
My approach is person-centered, compassion-focused, and trauma-informed, with an emphasis on somatic-informed therapy and family systems work. I support clients in building emotional regulation skills, healthy assertive communication, and stronger relationships. I integrate tools from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based therapy, expressive arts techniques, and attachment-based therapy, as well as sand tray and child-centered play therapy for younger clients. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, empowered, and able to move forward with confidence.
